Shine PT + Wellness offers mobile physical therapy services, providing individualized care in your home or office. Being out of network with insurance providers allows flexibility in services offered and less hoops to jump through to get the care that you need. Payments can be made by cash, check, card, HSA, or FSA. Superbills are provided in order to self submit to your insurance upon request.

Our gut health program includes testing to determine which bacteria, both good and bad, are present in your gut. Test is sent directly to your home and is sent in the mail back to the lab to be cultured. Results are usually received within 10-14 days. Program also includes a true elimination diet to determine which foods may be causing inflammatory symptoms in your body. Individualized supplements will be suggested upon results being received and a unique plan of care will be developed to improve gut health and promote full body wellness.
